Week Two

2. Narrative

I take all that context and turn it into a ~10-slide narrative.

  • Position: We start dialing in your positioning from the first slide with a tight positioning statement.
  • Why now/why you: I flesh out your sales narrative capturing both 'why now' & 'why you' in a concise ~10-slide story.
  • New world: We land the narrative with outcomes — what the customer's world looks like with your product.
Week Three

3. Homepage

Your narrative informs your new homepage wireframe.

  • Refine: I take the strongest angles from your narrative and refine them into homepage positioning & messaging.
  • Structure: I put together a structured wireframe with professional copy that your designer/dev can run with.
  • Launch: You can test out your new narrative & positioning with customers and launch when you're ready.
