1. Strategy
Foundations come first.
- Vision: I dig into the founder's vision and the market opportunity — why this product, why now, and what's the theory of success for the customers they want to reach.
- Positioning: I define the brand's ideal customer profile, category, and competitive angle — who it's for, what it competes with, and the specific position it can own.
- Voice: I establish the brand's tone, specificity, and style — how formal or casual, how technical or plain-spoken, and what makes it stand out in a world drowning in hype and noise.
Phase Two
2. Story
Language founders & teams can use.
- Narrative: I write the brand's story — its origin, its mission, and the change it's responding to — honest, specific, and compelling enough to actually tell.
- Messaging: I develop the core brand messages — taglines, headlines, and dos & don'ts — the words the team can use everywhere, consistently.
- Verbal identity: I define the name-need association the brand wants to own — the thing people think of the moment they hear the brand's name.
Phase Three
3. Execution
Story becomes a launch-ready verbal identity.
- Copy & wireframes: Figma wireframes with copy for the key pages — homepage (the big picture: what & for who), product page (the how), and about page (the why).
- Brand guidelines: Simple decks and docs with examples of messaging across social, ad campaigns, and talk tracks — so the brand stays consistent beyond the website.
- AI skills: Custom prompts, context, and Claude skills built on the brand's voice and positioning — so the team can generate on-brand messaging without starting from scratch every time.
