Homepage positioning sprints

Want slop? Use ChatGPT.
Want superpowers?
Work with me.

Three-week, AI-enabled sprints to nail your positioning with my narrative-first approach.

Here's how it works.

Week One

1. Context

You give me all the context.
I'll guide you through all the ideas.

  • Review: I'll listen to sales calls, review your case studies, explore your product, & unpack your vision.
  • Analyze: I throw my X+Y=C framework at Claude Opus to go wide with positioning insights and zero in on your core concept.
  • Choose: We use our ol' fashioned human intelligence to pick the best-fit approach for your startup based on your stage.
Week Two

2. Narrative

I take all that context and turn it into a ~10-slide narrative.

  • Position: We start dialing in your positioning from the first slide with a tight positioning statement.
  • Why now/why you: I flesh out your two stories — why now (x-axis) & why you (y-axis) in a compelling way.
  • New world: We land the narrative with outcomes — what the customer's world looks like with your product.
Week Three

3. Homepage

Your narrative informs your new homepage wireframe.

  • Refine: I take the strongest angles from your narrative and refine them into homepage messaging.
  • Structure: I put together a structured wireframe with professional copy that your designer/dev can use.
  • Launch: You can test out your new narrative & positioning & launch whenever you're ready.

Clarity = Confidence

Go to market (and investors)
with confidence

Every critical moment in a startup's journey involves someone looking at your homepage.

Investors...

...deciding whether they'll take that meeting.

Customers...

...deciding whether they'll click "book demo."

Talent...

...deciding if they'll apply for that position.

Meet them with homepage positioning that has them saying "Hell yeah!" not "Huh, what?"
